Out of Network
Individual session: $200
- Sessions are 50-55 minutes
- Telehealth only at this time
- For those with out of network benefits, superbills can be provided for the family to submit to their insurance company
Insurance
In network for the following:
- Aetna (Commercial Plans)
- Horizon BCBS of New Jersey
Families are responsible for covering any copayment, coinsurance, and/or deductible depending on their insurance plan.
No Surprises Act
You have the right to receive a good faith estimate of what your services may cost. Please see the link below for more details.
Cancellations
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 fee for a missed appointment (not covered by insurance).
